24ft Tiny House With a Downstairs Bedroom and 2 Sleeping Lofts

This Custom 24ft x 98in wide Tiny House was built for our client and her toddler, our client wanted a downstairs bedroom for her daughter and two sleeping lofts. With the 24ft length there was sacrifices to be made by limiting the downstairs living room size to allow actual stairs up to the second loft. We were able to fit a full sized kitchen, full sized fridge and a space for a washer dryer combo. The Bathroom is compact at 4ft in width but houses a composting toilet, sink and corner shower kit with enough room for small storage.

The only thing I would change its otherwise a beautiful tiny house, but I would probably change having a window right in front of my clear shower ! 😵‍💫
