Tiny House Basics builds quality. I am a NOAH rep and I see hundreds of builds each year. This company builds quality and has a great reputation in the industry. Also its a 'one-stop-shop'. You can get your Trailer, have them build your Shell and you complete, or have them build it for you! No matter at what stage you are buying from them at, rest assured you are getting a superb product. Love the video Josh!

This house seems really cool and I’m gonna take screen shots for my house design to be just like this

I love this tiny house! I would definitely live in it all the time. Sweet!

I also just noticed, the center of gravity appears to be rearward of the axles, or uncomfortably close to it - it seems a lot of the weight is probably in the kitchen area (and I'm assuming that's a propane tank and/or water tank in the rear "shed"). If that's the case, this would be extremely unsafe to tow; the axles probably should have been much further back on the chassis.

ok i'm ok with the kitchen in the back... having a counter isle/eating table good idea but that bench couch is blocking a seating area that I could see can fit 3 stool chairs. Not a fan of ladders, but has potential for cabinet steps leading to the loft i'd say, either having it flushed where the picture frame/heater is (mark 5:56) of that side or better yet on other side of the window again steps leading up with opening standing platform position as you get up to your loft by the bed, with fridge being under the steps flush by the wall next to the fuse box.. now you can extend your kitchen counter where fridge was before, Then again preferable having opposite kitchen other side, bathroom underneath the loft... now you have much bigger spacious living area. :) ..but that's just my opinion.

I like that the kitchen and bathroom in opposite ends of the house. The kitchen is cute and efficient, EXCEPT there is no cabinets or open shelf for dishes and glasses. Like the French doors, BUT I would eliminate the window behind the bench seating, or have much smaller windows instead. Unable to lean back comfortably or safely against those huge windows. I really liked the exterior color and style. Of course, would much better love stairs instead of a latter. This is the second tiny home builder I’ve seen using the insulated foam panel walls.

Lovely. But for the older generation, stairs would be great.

I would definitely get rid of the ladder, extend a metal staircase out instead.

The couch placement should be across from the doors so there could be a built in staircase to the loft and not a ladder and the stairs could have built in storage

Great tour thanks! Loved that it didn't take you forever to explain the details of the house.

I see a lot of unused space. They shouldve dropped the hood over the stove and added more cabinets in the kitchen. You need a little more prep space in the kitchen. The island couldve had a folding leaf. the stairs couldve been closed off to allow for storage in the stairs. I could go on and on. This is super basic prob a 45k build on your own.

Very nice! One thing I would do differently is remove that built in couch and the windows there and built a storage unit for either pantry goods / or clothing storage. That is what is super important and I don't it see anywhere. Really nice build though!

It's very gorgous! Though the walkthrough part appears to have been slowed down significantly to the point it was jarring to watch, and I ended up just seeking around manually while paused.

Also there seems to be a pretty big lack of storage anywhere. I'm surprised they didn't spec more lighting in that bathroom, either.

Still looks really nice though!

Really beautiful, but the large windows cuts down on wall space, imo. Love the loft as well, but for me they'd have to be real stairs sadly, as the ladder opens up the space. The lighting is well done! Also kudos on the bathroom design. Best I've seen in a Tiny House! Great base design that lends itself well to buyers' customization.

How does the plumbing and electrical for this backyard tiny home work? Did they have to install plumbing to the tiny home?

I do like and have 2 suggestions to improve dramatically. 1) raise the fridge up with a large drawer under for storage and get more eye level. 2) Install frosted glass in the huge bathroom window ... come on in an RV Park or Tiny village you would see your neighbors privates. Really??? In addition: Maybe give some examples where they can put their clothing, food, vacuums, brooms shoes.
