I’m all for women doing whatever pleases them with their hair. I just must say that your natural hair was ABSOLUTELY LUSCIOUS!!! GORGEOUS!! Just BEAUTIFUL!!!

Ya’ll hating on her new hair in the comments saying how beautiful her hair looked before the relaxer need to stop. You don’t know what her struggle with her hair was on a daily basis before this and you never will so, respectfully, keep your negative opinions to yourself. I am so happy for you girl, you finally have the hair you’ve always wanted and it looks amazing! 👏🏾♥️ Congrats love. Used all the best products too. 😘 Xx

I totally understand why most women are relaxing their hair. Natural hair is a whole different breed of toddler 😩. It requires a lot of maintenance..you go girl. Enjoy your new journey. May your skin and hair continue to flourish❤️

My jaw dropped when I saw you were relaxing all that luscious natural hair! As a natural I know what a beast it is to manage. The relaxer is just as beautiful ❤

This is how relaxers should be applied. A lot of women leave it until it looks straight and dont follow the instruction and thats why their hair gets damaged.

I love it. And what I love more is that black women are starting to do whatever they want with their hair. Ignore the rude comments people knew exactly what they were going to see on this video lol. I also love your voice and you are absolutely gorgeous! New subscriber! ❤

I don't care what they're all saying about being disappointed you went to relax. I loveed your hair before and it's damn luscious now. I've been putting of going back to relaxer and not any more.

StAaawwp😩I do NOT miss the chemical burns on my scalp from my childhood, but why is this video making me want to relax my hair. You did such a good job!

The best relaxed hair I’ve seen so far… still looks moisturized, full, and course/fine I love it

I don't think people understand when you are tender headed what it feels like to comb your hair in its natural state. I get a headache and my scalp is sore for days. I'm happy for you and your hair came out very nice.

People don’t talk about how EXPENSIVE, exhausting and time consuming managing natural hair is. I love my curls but I also love an easier lifestyle as well. I do not want to spend a whole entire day doing my hair. It’s a lot and it doesn’t mean we don’t love our hair.

This is THE BEST video I’ve seen of someone doing a virgin relaxer!!! I absolutely love how very thorough you are, how you explained step by step what you were doing and the great techniques you used! Thank you so much for recording this!!! 😍

Sometimes we just want our length to show! Having waist length hair for it to shrink to your shoulders might be frustrating! I stretch my hair using satin hair bands to stop the shrink ❤️

Yours is the gentleness, time, patience and know-how required for a great haircare routine. Your videos from this TexLax, to the 7 month follow up to the wash routine are some of THEE BEST videos on haircare in general I've ever seen in the 20 years YT has been around. Seriously. So many folks are not using products correctly, tugging/breaking off their hair or giving weird "expert" advice. Thank you for taking your time.

I'm natural, and don't ever plan to relax or straighten, but I love watching hair relaxing/straightening videos they are so satisfying! I also love your voice, it's so soothing 😊😊

Although I’m a little sad you relaxed that beautiful hair, I love your results! I like that you kept so much texture, you can still get it bone straight if you wanted without having to worry about heat damage, and if you used the right products you could even rock it curly still. Gorgeous 😍

I love this. I have decided to relax my hair after 10 years natural. I am tired, i dont feel like my hair is growing. I dont have the time every week to devote to wash days and whatnot, and i'm craving to see my length and wear my hair more. I dont see the point in being natural if im just hiding it under weave or protective styles

The final product looks amazing!!!! It's everything I've ever wanted. I DO NOT trust myself to pull this off with no breakage, nor do I trust any salon. I wanna recreate this texture so bad.

Just beautiful! I'm all for relaxer. It's just easier, and my hair grows faster when it's straight, it just does. I think that is because when it's straight, it's easier to see the health of your hair and what it needs, when you need a trim, when you need extra conditioning, etc. I've been relaxing my hair for 40 years. My hair is near my waist, and I've never had any problems or breakage from any relaxer, ever. I love my length too, and relaxing gives you that. I wear my curls occasionally in the summer as you showed you can, relaxed, when I'm too lazy or hot to blow dry it straight, and as you saw, you can still have curls! So many people think relaxing takes away your curls, which is just stupid, as it does NOT take away your curls. Thank you for doing this video! I hope it helps the girls who are thinking about it, but hesitant to relax, to see that's it's really easy to do, it doesn't damage your hair if you apply it correctly, and that it's not scary at all. ❤ Oh, and I could have missed it, but you forgot to tell all first timers how important it is to do a strand test before you perm! Just to make sure you aren't allergic, and that your hair is in good enough condition to relax.🙂🖖

I’ve never seen or heard of a stylist doing a relaxer this well and detailed. You did this so well! This is kinda like a texlax. I’m scared Ima put my eye out, and have too many bad memories of stylists burning holes in my scalp to do it.
