Can't click Apply as it looks that the option is there to see but its disabled to be clicked cause it looks like when we cut a folder and it becomes translucent. it also looks like that only.

Doesn't work it can't find "users" and when I use "administrator" it just fails anyway

thank you after a trojan infected and I removed it the folder had a foriegn user attached and not my main user profile 8)
