There's also power armor in the green convoy truck on the road between the National Guard Training yard and Revere Satellite Array.

Oh yeah also this power armor could have X-01 pieces after you reach level 28.

There an easy to get set that to my knowledge is always complete with full health and a fusion core. From sanctuary cross the bridge then go to the right around both the red rocket and concord. Rejoin the road walk past Carla, Drumlin Diner, and the Corvega plant. There’s a bridge with a lift Between the plant and college square and you can see a crashed vertibird on the bridge. Next to it is the suit. 😃

I would not recommend going to those places with low levels, because there will only be T-45, I would say go to those places with level 15, 20 or 27 with those levels there are T-51, T-60 or X-01
