I have chronic social anxiety, it was really bad when I was in highschool where I wasn’t medicated nor having therapy. Now it’s better but in stressful situations would bring it on, I can get over it before it gets worse however I like to call crossing the threshold where I cannot be calm where I have to stop what I am doing and leave.

Yea I really don’t like open spaces but I work in a warehouse/factory so I ain’t got no choice. I think sometimes some people just need a dose of “I ain’t got no choice”

My head is a mess.
I feel like my own enemy.
I prob need some sort of psychological help but I also feel like I am a man and should be strong enough mentaly to overcome it myself.

Based on this I prob had selective mutism when I was in school.
I dont remember how I was as a kid in school but I do know my classmates cheered when I backtalked the teacher in 7th grade.
I can tell for sure I was not talking much in high school but I could talk with my family normally.

Now I am basically avoiding most of big gatherings and were since I was a kid a listener so idk if not talking much in a group is a disorder or just how I am.
I do feel like a failure but I also dont really attempt to change it and even when I do try I give up quickly.
Idk why or since when have I become this soft ass man that goes with the slow flow rather than getting what I want.
Maybe I was never that strong man....

I recommend to each & everyone and have personally experienced & cured from this 7 days therapy of surah 'Al-rahman'. I used to face multiple health issues like stress, anxiety, overthinking, negative thinking, insomnia & indigestion .
But this therapy has today made me a new person all together, full of hope, enthusiasm, zest, positive thinking & to a top of it a better understanding human .
HOW TO LISTEN:
Close your eyes and imagine yourself in presence of GOD and listen surah "Al-rahman" in the voice of qari abdul basit with great concentration & focus . When the recitation ends, open eyes, take half a glass of water. Again close your eyes and say NAME OF GOD thrice in your heart & drink water in 3 sips. Take water this way every time after listening to the recitation.
