By far the most wholesome scene in the entire MCU. I wish he could’ve gotten to try just a little of his soup on screen. It would’ve been perfectly balanced.

Wish we could've gotten more of post-win Thanos. Maybe seen him tending to some sort of alien cattle, or shown him sowing his own clothes using plant fibers. Regardless, this little scene is humanizing enough which I guess was the point.

Love this particular scene. Thanos is an ideal character who said what did and did what he said. Often after people aquire power, the do not let go, yet Thanos does by destroying his source of power. He fulfilled his purpose, and now at peace and does not mind being so insignifact and alone.

Thanos used to command one of the mightiest armies in the universe like a king on a throne, but all of that was for the single purpose of fulfilling his life goal. After achieving all he wanted, he was content on spending the last of his days in peace, solitude, and simplicity.

When he looks up, you can tell that he's missing his left ear. Which is the result of that he destroyed the stones that nearly killed him.

It's definitely weird to see the Infinity Gauntlet forever melded into his arm.

It's weird how on the one hand, you can almost feel bad for him since Thanos is living peacefully in his final moments before he's about to be killed; on the other hand, you then remember that this happens days after he killed half the universe, and that he basically robbed many of those people's chances of living the same way he's doing, which is basically the equivalent of a peaceful retirement, and suddenly you don't feel so bad for Thanos anymore, or at least I don't.
