I have made it twice at home, I toast the bagel first and use brown sugar, I don't have a torch so I put in under the broiler in my toaster oven. 👍👍

Oh Jesus that looks amazing. It doesn’t look like she eats much though at all -must be one of her eating days. Very very VERY few people are thin like that naturally.
