Here is the Best French Fries With Cheese Sauce
⚫⚪ Recipe (ɔ◔‿◔)ɔ
-500g Potatoes (2 Medium-Big Potatoes)
-1 Tablespoon Salt
-3 Tablespoon Sugar
-2 Tablespoon Corn Starch
⚫ Cheese Sauce ⚫
-20g Butter
-8g Flour
-1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
-2 Tablespoon Cajun
-150ml Milk
-110g Cheddar
-- Optional
-Parsley, chili powder
* Tips *
⚪ If you cut thicker you're gonna get crispy outside and soft inside potatoes, also you should increase the frying time like 3-4 minutes
⚪ You can skip boiling but it will be caused to increased frying time up to 10 or more minutes so, i don't recommend but it's optional
