you have to forgive yourselves. it's hard, it's excruciatingly painful as it was all a lie but it was your truth. it's difficult to understand that someone who claims they love you can hurt you so much. she broke me hard. i lost her, my stepson, two dogs and a cat. i also had to leave my job as she was promoted to the big boss after she dumped me. i didn't leave the house for 3 months due to the trauma and shame i felt, yet still claiming that she loved me. yeah, right! it's only because i called her out on her bs and her treatment of me. she was most likely cheating as well. we were engaged
