Another reason manhole covers are round is because it is easier for the workers to move it away from the hole because due to it's heavy weight, it can be rolled rather than carried. My daughter gave the best and most obvious answer of all: because the manholes are round!

I got asked "Why is the sea salty?"

So I said that minerals - rocks, shells and bones - dissolve in the water.

And he asked why rivers weren't salty.

So I said that a lot of their volume is from rain - which is negligible in the sea - and rain is water that's evaporated and condensed - distilled, essentially. Any salt in the water before it evaporates is left behind.

"Oh. OK, thanks. So..."

And on we went to the next proper retail-management question.

I asked him what the hell he'd been talking about when we got to the end of the interview, and he quite candidly explained that he was trying to wrong-foot me with a question that wasn't very difficult to answer but was a complete non sequitur. Apparently it had been a Cambridge University entrance interview question intended to do exactly that, and he liked the idea.

And yes, I got the job.

I got dinner party question and I answered honestly about inviting personalities I admire the most. The interviewer liked the answer and explanation and even joked about meeting some of them. So honesty is the best option in any interview. My best interviews have been that I went in with very little preparation and only once I have blanked on an interview when I prepared 1 month for 2 interviews, researching everything about the company only to get a trick technical question (very unfair one) and was ridiculed on the spot by the director.

So tip is be authentic and be yourself always. Its the companys loss if they hire somebody else less qualified and they end up leaving the role only months after starting it.

If you say that you didn’t tell your friend they put on weight it may make you seem like you can’t express your honest opinion which is QUITE the weakness

Actually I have stopped the video to answer it before I got the possible questions and how should do it. And I choose the dolphins as the animal I possess because it is smart, They have the ability to protect themselves by avoiding predator and they are fast learner.

I was amaze to my answer to be there in the possible answer.

As for the question about who you would like to have dinner with, I'd say to pay attention to the type of job you were interviewing for. If you were talking to someone from a charity organization, Warren Buffet and his vast amounts of money would probably kill you dead.

I would be an ant. They have a good Teamwork, hardworking, small but fighter, fearless, have a set of goals and didn't settle just today's living but for future.

If you get called to an interview and they ask “why do you want to work for us” would it be fair to say this is a bad question, Because technically just because you turn up to an interview doesn’t necessarily mean you want to work there. You may just be there to discuss the job role, find out if it’s suitable for you...etc ??
