Tate McRae on Being a Pop Star and Still in High School

Tate McRae, 18, became a breakout star while still in high school, and explained to guest host tWitch how she performed at the European Music Awards, and how at the same time she was scolded by her mom to study for her midterms! She also talked with tWitch about their dance history together, shooting and editing the music video for her hit "you broke me first" on her phone, and admitted to being scared to perform for the first time at upcoming summer festivals.

I love how he DID NOT sleep on her dance training, she is an incredible dancer. She won the dance awards 3 times probably would’ve won again if she didn’t become a huge star. she also went to a ballet school and won Yagp one of the biggest ballet competitions in the world. She’s definitely one of the best the competition world has seen to date.
