If you can't find the "other devices" option in the device manager, just click "view" and -> "Show hidden devices"

Hi despite follow all procedure stiil remain powershell on "waiting for device" and tablet in "fastboot mode" note that the "fastboot devices" or "adb devices" command has no effect after rebooting the bootloader.
