Solutions for Fastboot Devices command not Working and Device not Found. And It's 100% Working Personally Tested. It's not working. I am very frustrated. After selecting the driver location manually it gives error "Windows was unable to install your Android"

i fix mine other way, i type adb kill_server and press enter, after that i type adb start_server and enter, and then just unplug your cable data and plug it in again...it works for me but there is 1 more problem, it says error : unknown option --user, HOW????
