How to fix 'Waiting For Any Device' during ADB Fastboot (Custom Rom/Bootloader Unlock/Rooting)

The folder you scpecified doesn't conatin a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with windows for x64-based systems. Man i got this error

My device says error : closed whenever i try to push firmware using adb or using memory card it shows installation aborted, why is the device showing closed ???? any help please

Hey i'm trying to unlock the bootloader for my vivo phone, installed all the drivers but it still wont list under 'fastboot devices'. i have installed both official vivo usb drivers and also tried with google usb drivers. when i plug in the device it is recognized as an Android ADB interface tho. I've trying to do this for many months now. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. thanks.
