I’ve been playing since 2015, and I knew the majority of this. However what I didn’t know is that companion/sentinels don’t include themselves in that pool of affinity. Can’t imagine the 1000s of hydron missions I’ve done without them simply because I figured it was drawing xp away. ( this was answered somewhere in the comments )

Speaking about shared affinity, everyone seems to forget fosfors are a thing, while they are. Can be bought from Nakak in Cetus, crafting is relatively easy (uses only easy to get Eidolon resoures) and it dramatically increase the affinity sharing range, so your squad may be more pisperse while still benefitting from the shared affinity.

9:24 another great affinity tip: If you're farming affinity for focus, you can subsume thermal sunder on harrow, and you will not have to care about energy generation, you can even dump efficiency all together.

Recommend leaving up text on screen longer that corrects audio mistakes. A quick flash may be missed and then confuse players.

Also consider editing in a short screen and audio correcting it for anyone listening and not watching
