Thank you so much for showing step by step. I totally messed up importing the initial schema and data and once I figured out how to delete the zabbix database, I was able to re-import it and "wait" for it complete I was able to log in to it following your instructions. Cheers!

No idea where I was going wrong with my solo attempt. However following your guide came right the first time.
Only suggestion I can make is to add a copy past of the commands in you description or mention that some commands can be found on zabbix website.
