Letting that guy off on probation was a poor call. If he had previous conviction(s) for similar deeds, he should not have walked this time. Remember that you were in the lucky situation to have filmed everything because you always film everything. But the average Joe who might also have a run-in with that guy probably won't and will have a hard time proving that he vandalised his property so for the sake of everybody else you should have had him locked up.

This very true! Had 5 year felony probation! Lasted 1 year, got a major violation, violated probation sentenced to a year in Did like 9 months in county jail and was Do not violate
