It was this Sunday evening, at a Chipotle restaurant here in Los Angeles that I decided to drizzle some of this very sauce onto my sofritas bowl. Little did I know that it would change my life forever. This is now one of my new favorite sauces. June 9th, 2017, is when I received Tabasco Brand Chipotle Sauce as my spicy lord and savior. Thank you to all the jalapeno peppers that gave their lives so that my tongue could live. I dream now of that glorious day when I will have enough money to make that once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage to where it all started, Delicias, Mexico. Tabasco is one of the first hot sauces and still one of the best. No overpowering vinegar-sickening taste found like in Frank's or Pete's.
