And if I was a competitor, I would fire my team of scientists and hire him!

I love that their sauces focuses on the taste of the peppers. Ive had all kinds of artisan hot sauces, some really good, but most of the time they taste like a spicy fruit smoothie.

I found out recently on Ancestry DNA that I’m a distant relative of the McIlhenny family that also invented the gas meter, I’m belonging to them from my fathers, mothers side of the family which was from Ireland.
