The bands around the wood are genius. They are really strong, but if you locate the tab and pull it, it comes apart really easy. No need for spanners.

If you're going to fix a broken PVC pipe with a rubber union connector wouldn't you think to cut the entire broken part of the pipe out instead of cutting the hole in half leaving 2 sharp edges again rubber? Unless of course you love setting yourself up for failure or fixing things again and again instead of the right way the first time.

The key is used instead of a washer so the head of the screw wouldn’t slip through the hole in the plate.

im no expert but the last one seems like a case of "doesnt know knives exist"

those bands arent exactly hard to cut especially the ones that dont have a metal band in them (like the ones shown) if you got a decently sharp knife and if you are on the job or working at home Id assume you wouldnt be so stupid as to leave that vital tool behind while carrying the rest of your tools about

Now of you put the key in between 2 pieces of wood, used wood glue and filler and played around with the rotary tool you could have a decent key "head" 🤷‍♀️. Idk why you'd drill a key to 😑
