Something that people seem to miss, was that the threat of the Rus was present from the first episode. Ragnar said they kept attacking East, when they should focus on the West. During his reign, he completely abandoned the East, allowing them to get stronger and bigger, and Björn had to deal with them later on when they attacked Scandinavia.

I just love in the last episode how Floki bitches about Ragnar constantly nagging him to build a boat. I couldn't help but laugh with watery eyes.

A bad season of Vikings is still better than most shows.

I've watched 100s of tv series but nothing could move me like vikings did.❤❤❤

That was a fantastic breakdown, great way to re-live the show. I tend to get emotionally invested in pretty much any movie/show I watch, but Vikings really pulled me in more than most. I had to take breaks from watching it for a few months when Ragnar died, then when Lagartha died, and again when Bjorn died. It was like the show was dying and I could be content ending it there for the time being

Ragnar used to be a legend to history nerds, now the whole world knows him thanks to this show.

Vikings was honestly a long ass movie. Every episode was just phenomenal. The cinematography, the acting, and the sound score was perfect. Looked forward to every single episode. I was devastated when Ragnar died. I felt like the show died. Then, when Bjorn died, that was the last straw. The last episodes were filled wi the cowards, and i stopped looking forward to the next episodes. I wish they Travis would consider doing another Vikings-like show. He’s a phenomenal actor with a great presence in every scene he’s in. My guy basically carried the show. LONG LIVE KING RAGNAR.

The scene with Floki discovering that Christians had already been to Iceland was hilarious 🤣 He totally lost his crap.

So sad when he said "reminiscing about the man who started it all... Ragnar"

I really wish they would have had Rollo make a cameo appearance in the finale.

Vikings way better than thrones. It deserved alot more love at the award shows for acting and just the epic and ending of show. Bring on the sequel !

I love this series and thank you for breaking it down ...I am of Scandinavian decent so it's really fun to see real historical figures mixed with amazing drama !! Can't wait for the sequel

Floki's character is more important than many think. Sure the show isn't historically accurate with many things, but the pain of christianity taking over, is absolute fact found in the real world

The end of the series reminds me of the end of the myth of Ragnarok. Where the surviving gods come out to a new world and tell stories of what was lost.

Judith was Aella's daughter, not Ecbert's.
