2. Choose Remove App.

Alternatively, you can use the following steps to delete the app from your Settings menu:

1. Open Settings.
2. Select General.
3. Choose iPhone Storage.
4. Swipe left on the app to delete.

Just tap delete doesn’t erase files of app on iphone. Traces of it remain in the phone’s memory. That’s why sometimes reinstalling an app does not work. The same errors come back.
