I had to delete my last backup to get rid of it. Then I reinstalled the app and ran a new backup. If there is a previous backup before you shut it off to not back up, it will still be in the cloud. It was for me.

This didn’t work for me. It’s still there in the cloud for my son to download. We have all the restrictions possible set up but it seems once it’s been approved and downloaded once, he can re-download it without us being prompted for a password. How do I get rid of this app?

I deleted Apple TV and Apple Podcasts and it still shows in settings ? Is there a way for these apps not to be in settings after being deleted ? Thanks

I have 17.0.3 and now it won't delete the app permanently. I tried deleting waze app and after taking all these steps, it's still sitting somewhere in my iphone. I turned off backup for waze and completed all these steps but, no luck.
