You didn’t delete it, don’t worry you removed it from the home screen and you can search it in app library and then you’ll be able to get it back on the home screen

This is how you do it: Allow deleting apps in Screen Time Settings > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps

You cannot delete settings, but you legit can delete the App Store. You just have to go to screen time, privacy and content restrictions, iTunes and App Store purchases, app installation, and don’t consent.
This way it’ll be completely removed from your phone.
If you wanna get it back do the same but consent

1 you didn’t delete it 2 if you did delete it then in settings there’s a button that says “reset Home Screen” and then just press reset and you have everything back (you have to organize it again if you had it organized lol)
