Air fryer yogurt toast. Ready in less than 10 minutes with 15g protein per serve.

A sweet, custard like filling baked until caramelized on a golden, crunchy brioche base topped with fresh berries. Your new favorite sweet breakfast:

Serves 1

Ingredients:
2 slices brioche bread
60g Greek yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Sliced strawberries and blueberries

Method:
1. Mix the Greek yogurt, egg, honey and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
2. Use the back of a spoon to press into each brioche slice to create a ‘well’.
3. Spoon your custard mixture into the well and top with berries.
4. Air fry at 200°C for 6 minutes until the edges are golden and crisp.
5. Finish with icing sugar and a drizzle of honey.
