Ever since the new update i’ve been stuck at 17ms and 60fps locked. And i even get terrible screen tear now… also this didn’t help

I did every step and when I opened up OSU it doesn't show that I have 1, 000fps. I went back into my files and it was all reset so I redid everything and clicked "save as." I opened up the game again and it still didn't work.

I did everything and when I open osu! and go to the frame limit it only shows the default 4 setting (optimal, unlimited, etc.) and I can't see the custom 1000 fps one.

when i open the osu skin folder it just shows me things of my osu skin

i did that but it shows 165/1000 for me all the time, turned off vsync and everything (I have 165hz screen on my laptop btw, so maybe some advanced vsync?) Any Idea?

Im put 144 fps, and it's okey 7 ms because my laptop is worse than a potato but it works xd

I did it and it doesn't go past 600-700 fps, and it still feels late

Do you know how to fix this issue?
I made sure any Vsync type thing was disabled but every time i load osu it starts in a blackscreen then resets my refresh rate from 240 to 60

im not gonna use it cuz when i set 1000fps i got 1.5 ms
when i set fps unlimited im getting 0.5-0.8
