Tip: if you have micro stutters try to turn of shader cache. Helped me for some reason.

wow this was soo helpful! i went from 6.6ms jumping sometimes to 20ms, to a stable 1ms, and i can even play with 1000 polling rate stable

Heads-up for any people 2020 and after, nvidia has changed "maximum pre rendered frames" to "low latency mode: ultra"
