I didn’t get any frame stutters, but I switched to a wireless mouse and all of a sudden I’m getting stutters in my gameplay. Pretty big frame drops from time to time and it’s bad enough to effect the gameplay

its actually very annoying how horribly optimized osu is, you can literally have the most powerful build on the market and it will still framedrop a lot. fortunately, i managed to get rid of 99% of the framedrops by following this tutorial, so honestly it helped a lot. great job!

As for optimization, I never had many issues on my end actually. The biggest issue for me was concerning how to stream osu!, as I had crashes when going back to the fullscreen osu!, which I fortunately managed to find its fix
