The Supreme Court heard oral arguments Wednesday on a Mississippi law that bans abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. State officials have used the case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, to challenge Roe v. Wade.

If life/personhood starts at conception, then a search & rescue would be required for a miscarried fetus that is flushed own a toilet, and fire departments would be expected to risk the lives of their members to rescue fertilized eggs in an in-vitro, fertilization clinic that is on fire.
In both instances, end-of-life disposition would be required by law.
Until a fetus is viable outside the womb, a pregnancy is part of it's host's body and thus subject to the host's decisions about their body.
