Supreme Court Hears Arguments In Alabama Racial Gerrymandering Case

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments in Merrill v. Milligan, over allegations about a racially gerrymandered congressional map in Alabama and protections for minority voters in the Voting Rights Act. NBC's Yamiche Alcindor spoke to Evan Milligan, who brought the case forward, and Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill about their concerns ahead of the court's decision.
