They are setting up shop in Indonesia because of the US high-end GPU ban. If the Jan Feb release timeline is correct than there is no way this is a 4060Ti. Why go through all the trouble to setup the tooling for an old gen card. Production needs to start about now if they want reasonable inventories at launch.

Zotac doesn't make the GPU though. They only make the whole card. The GPU chips are made by TMSC.
