i love aggressive cuts.

its actually quite cool what u can achieve in just 2 weeks of hard focus.

and i dont even do cardio. i just spam the fuck out of high reps resistance training/calisthenics and eat super clean.... 2 weeks ill drop a fuckton of weight and abs look so much better and feel better.

i do these aggressive cuts whenever i feel a little too fluffy

I actually have started an aggressive cut eating only 200-2500 a day down from closer to 4500 fasting 48 hours every 2 weeks and doing about 1 hour of various forms of cardio a day. At 6ft, managed to go from 198.2 to 184.6 and my waistline has dipped 1-2 inches, still have most of my muscles. Still going another month where I know without changing anything, weight loss will be nowhere close since bf% is already maybe around 13-14% now as my abs are very visible when flexed
