⭐️ Our homemade vegan mayo is a versatile and easy recipe you can make in 1 minute with 6 simple ingredients and an immersion blender.

⭐️ Ingredients
½ cup (120 grams) soy milk unsweetened
¾ cup (160 grams) neutral vegetable oil sunflower, canola, or other (+ 3 tablespoons if you want an extra thick mayo)
¼ cup (55 grams) olive oil
2 tablespoons (30 grams) lemon juice
1 tablespoon (15 grams) mustard
¾ teaspoon (4 grams) salt

You know what I like about this guy? He’s literally the only vegan channel I’ve seen that gets straight to the point, doesn’t do these weird blooper things to try and be cute for the camera, he doesn’t change his voice to sound “fake chirpy” or extra goofy for the video, he doesn’t do these super fast cuts in his editing with loud bangs that accompany these editing transitions…he’s like guys here’s the method and the equipment, the food tastes good bye…I love him. Keep up the simplicity sir ❤️🙏🏾

I didn’t use soy milk, and of course it didn’t turn out right. Instead of wasting it I repurposed as slaw dressing, and it was amazing!

You can also use the liquid from chickpeas! Yum! Because I dont like soy milk!

This video is my go to recipe for the best ever mayo❣️😍 I’m so addicted❣️ And I can make it healthier and enjoy it guilt free! I also add a little kala namak for the egg taste that mayo usually has, without adding any eggs.

Wow, you just helped me out SO much!!! You don’t even know!! I haven’t been able to have Mayo in years since having alpha gal(tick disease). I have SO many food allergies because of the disease!! I’m going to try this out today with oat milk instead due to being allergic to soy!

I lol’d when he said you could use it to make vegan egg salad!!
Side note never use ‘vegetable oil’ it’s ultra processed and highly inflammatory instead get some MCT oil it has a very neutral flavour.
