Lateral Leg Raises For Lower Back Pain

Показать описание
As there are so many reasons for lower back pain, it can sometimes be challenging to figure out the underlying issue. However, when your hip abductor muscles are weak, it can affect your balance and cause low back pain due to instability.
By doing lateral leg raises, you are targeting these muscles and strengthening your back, which can help improve your balance and reduce back pain.
PT & cross-fit trainer, Dr. David Lee, shows us how to perform this strengthening exercise.
