I am 63 years old. When I was 12 years old I took piano for 2 years. In 4 videos you pulled together everything for me. Thank you so much. You have just made my retirement so much more enjoyable!

She doesn't ramble just goes straight to simplified facts. She's sale to convey in a very simplified universal manner. Thank you kindly for your help.

I have been playing guitar for over 30 years and what you are sharing has opened up some new ways to look at how I play and write. Thank you for posting!

A lot of people on YouTube who try and teach music theory, who know music theory don't know how to teach. They just try and sound smart about music theory and expect you to figure it out. You actually know how to teach and are great at it! Thank you 😁

Spent 50+ years playing all kinds of things but in my youth, though years of piano lessons, never got ANY THEORY. I have felt like 1/2 a player for all my life and it zilched my confidence. A few months ago, discovered online lessons and theory and looking for more found you. YOU ARE AWESOME!!! THANK YOU for this content! Your explanations are so clear! Rockets are going off in my head as all this is coming together. My life is totally changed for the better; I couldn't be more grateful! I am 61 and now playing by ear, and two days ago wrote my first song ... The Joy of the Lord. It's a dream come true!

I wish I had a teacher like you back in the 60’s, life would have been so much more enjoyable. I was often a bit frightened to ask ‘why?’.
I’m going to share your teaching with my grandkids. Thanks for the easy way to understand music theory.

I’m blown how comprehensive your lessons are, even a toddler can understand the music. Thank you so so much for the lessons 🙏🏻

You are a fantastic communicator. Teaching complex things in a complex way = Insecurity. The teacher doesn’t understand it well, and is parroting what others said. Or they need to ‘impress’ people to have their ego stroked. You teach complex things simply because you know it so well, and are confident in your skills. What a pleasure to learn from you, Gracie!

I took piano lessons for 3 years back in the late '60s. Chorus for 2 years and guitar lessons for 5 years in the '70s. Always completely in a fog when it came to sight-reading music and basic theory. You make it so simple and understandable. Easily the best music teacher on the internet. Your videos are a treasure. Cheers!

Hi, I started playing guitar when I was 17 (1965) but only really, really started to LEARN guitar less than two years ago aged 71; yes that's right 71. This is a super clear explanation of intervals and Gracie's teaching style is so good leaving no confusion at all for me. I've watched other tutorials too eg on the Circle of 4ths/5ths and am truly delighted with the difference it's making for me; thank you Gracie. I'm going on to the other 3 videos on intervals next.
