Do I Need To Get Complete Proteins On A Plant-Based Diet?

From a recent live Q&A:
.
The “incomplete protein” myth was initiated by by Frances Moore Lappé in her 1971 book, Diet for a Small Planet. She was not a doctor or a nutritionist, but a sociologist studying world hunger.
Shortly after musing on this in her book, she recanted and wrote in later editions of her book that plants have all the necessary amino acids for the human body to create necessary proteins, and humans will easily get all the protein they need from eating plants without needing to concern themself with this idea of complementary proteins.
.
In spite of that, the myth persists.
People do not get protein deficiency from eating plant based diets.
Protein deficiency comes from starvation, or organ failure like kidney or liver for example.
I have had many wellness clients who came to me with protein deficiency from kidney failure who were eating meat and/or eggs "trying to get my protein level up", and when we eliminate animal sources and stick with #hypernourishment with plants, their blood protein levels normalize.
.
Enjoy your plants and get your health back. Protein deficieny is not a true problem. Complementary or complete proteins are also mythology. Happy healing!

Dr Greger & Morse says we're frugivores. Maybe we're omnivores since we seem to eat everything..
Where can I find the truth?🤔
