I couldn't understand why I didn't like Michael Cole. I'm guessing because of bad writing. (Bad story lines) Also the emphasis on "story telling " versus wrestling. Which is basically doing his job.

As someone who stopped watching the Fed in 2002 - I can't cope with Cole being the lead commentator. His voice/demeanour just make me want to hit mute.

I'm sure Cole likes and appreciates wrestling, but I don't think he's a fan or cares about it. If he wasn't with WWE, he wouldn't accept work in any other promotion or even sit down and watch it.
