This actually works unlike every other tutorial I found.
If you wish to play on an second internal drive where the games are already installed you can do the same steps but instead of copying you make a shortcut to game files.

Steam has the option to transfer directly on another Harddrive now. You dont have to fumble around with your files anymore.

Currently I have 1TB external hard drive and I followed all the instructions in the video. However, once my game is finished downloading, an error occurs and prompts me to 'retry' downloading it again on steam with another error. I'm unable to download or play any games and not sure how to fix this.
