If your games wont open and you know they have offline capability ex: 7days to die open and steam but look for the game downloaded in file explorer then you can open it there. Just what worked for me, currently starting a map offline

WHY is everyone over thinking this.
-Download the game.
-Accept all licensing from game
-make sure all updates are good
-set your steam deck to airplane mode and turn off wi fi.
-restart your Steam deck and check to see if the game plays.
BOOM 💥 👌 there ya go. There are a select few games you won't be able to play/save progress on because you'll have to sign in like ROCKSTAR and "sometimes" EA Games. You can play emulators offline as well. You all have steam decks idk why you can't just make it simple and answer your own questions....

Doesn't help me. I have no internet. None. So, in happier times I bought hundreds of dollars of games that now are so much vapor. If it wasn't for my church, I'd be homeless. I'm disabled and it doesn't look like happy times are coming. Eff Steam and other DRM providers.
