Thank you! - changed my settings to GB2312 Chinese font. and problem solved. thanks a million . i have been having this problem for long time, changed many settings, installed many lanuage packs and no result.

I have did that, after win 10 update i see the symbols again

the problem is when I open a movie that has subtitles, instead of seeing the subtitles I see Symbols.... please help me if you have any idea about it.
