I had an error 0x0 after upgrading from single language to home edition and trying to install extra language pack. The video has helped me indirectly by reminding another service called Language Experience Service which was disabled. As I enabled it, I was able to download the pack.

Still not working, the system stopped the windows update after I turned it to automatic. From running to stopped. And disabled.

Hey, I have a question! What to do if I don't have Windows Update? It is just not there..

I got one problem with small part of the language in windows 10. I got all updates done and tried that with few languages, still the same error.
When checking Ethernet - wanna change advanced settings - configurations. Only one what I really need is with that error - (combination of glitched code). I can't copy any of that to show example. Many people got 100MB set up on their ethernet connection but should changed that to 1GB. I am getting crazy over that and can't find any solution on internet. Maybe I need to reinstall windows again but that is just a pain :(
