I like both these presenters thoughts on health but people will do what they want ie eat, smoke, exercise etc. we can only speak to those that will listen and regarding tests I think at different times of your life span we need to know what is going on in our body taking in to account family history but we all need to know our cholesterol levels by 40 then a gastroscopy/colonoscopy takes care of any gut issues which is the foundation for health and what they are currently talking about it should be a CT for our calcium score are vessels clogged anyway that’s what I think 🤔
