This is your 38 Minute Mini Band Cardio Barre workout. We are going to get mobility & flexibility in, but we're also going to get strength, toning, and lots of cardio in -- all using our mini loop bands. Don't worry if you don't have a mini loop band as you can do this workout bodyweight only and you'll still feel it. Are you ready? Let's do it!
