New research finds that it's not only what you eat, but also how you combine certain foods that can increase your risk of developing Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia in later life. The foods most strongly associated with this risk were sugary snacks, alcohol, processed meats, and starches like potatoes.👍

Anybody not from the meat industry want to suggest the foods we should eat? What a load this list is. We determined a Long Time Ago that animal fat is extremely destructive to our bodies. But yeah, go ahead and let the meat industry put out one of these "lists". I've seen in other places where they suggest things like blueberries. Only fish makes it to the legitimate lists.

To find your way in the labyrinth, you need to walk at a normal pace, otherwise your margin for error will increase.
The brain is physically like a labyrinth.
Walking on different paths and places and exploring new places can be an effective exercise for brain health.
Could it be an effective form of treatment to build a big labyrinth and ask Alzheimer's and dementia patients to navigate in this labyrinth?

The incidence of dementia is twice as likely in those who eat animal products including poultry and fish than in vegetarians. The discrepancy is widened when past meat consumption is taken into account.
