Luminosity masks just changed my life. I'm working on a personal project documenting storm chasers, and I found out quickly how difficult it is to expose a subject properly while retaining the detail of the storm. I've never understood the channels stuff and how it works. Looks super powerful though. Definitely need to learn more about it. What exactly are you doing when you're doing the command alt 2. Selecting the highlights? The hot keys are super useful but I'm not sure what exactly they're doing.

But helpful tutorial. One of the best I've ever seen. GAH! I've wanted to do the rotating of the clone stamps I didn't know you could!
