I used to be really good at Photoshop, back before the days of 'Youtube', when one had subscribe and to and read through photoshop forums for hours and hours.. honestly, but after not having used it intensely since version I suck at it now, I really can't remember even the basics, it's depressing :-(
I used to have my own website which I built (which no longer exists ) dedicated to teaching Photoshop .... but now I can't do a fraction of what I used to do. It's true what they say I suppose "Use it or you lose it"
