If you’re like most people, it’s safe to say you’ve tried MANY diets, most out there, to lose weight. And if you’re like most, they may have worked but only temporarily. You probably lost weight but, when you got “off” the diet, the weight slowly crept back, maybe some, maybe all & sometimes even more than you lost!

The problem is, you shouldn’t “diet”!!! You need to learn how to incorporate ALL foods into your daily diet regimen in order to be successful and KEEP the weight off and continue making progress. That way you can go to parties, dinners with friends, restaurants, vacation, work functions and not “fall off the wagon” per say.

To do this, you need to gain a basic understanding of macros, proper portions and how to make the best choices MOST of the time, aka the 80/20 rule, and this program, along with these containers and my coaching, will do that!
