Thank you very much for your great work! Any advice for a scleral lenses wearer how to apply sunscreen on the eyes area? Before or after inserting the lenses? What about reapplication during the day? How to manage the fogging caused by sunscreen? I would really appreciate a video about this as my extended search gives no results. Many thanks!

I learnt the hard way. Soft lenses from 1984 when 17, back then we had annual lenses. I skipped cleaning and made my own saline, scary to think of now. GPC by 21 and corneal vascularisation too. Finally got back into contacts in 1999 and after trying monthly torics tried gas permeables which right eye couldn’t get on with. Then settled with dailies, Focus Dailies Toric which I’ve been a huge fan of. Doc put me on Acuvue Advance mainly because of better rx which I tolerated for a year until they caused some GPC. I find hydrogel more comfortable long term so currently use All Day Comfort Dailies. Tried Bioinfinity recently, pretty good but going to give My Day a go next as I understand very little silicone in them. They are more fuss but contacts are excellent for vision, never forget the first time I put them in as a teenager! Great channel, lots of informative stuff. Actually came across it trying to get some info on Transitions Xtractive which come in a green tint apparently here in the UK now. Would be interested to get feedback from anyone who’s tried EyeQue vision tracker, I bought one out of curiosity and find it be be pretty accurate.

What would you say about showering with them in? Would you just not recommend chlorinated water? I don't do this very often but have in the past

Hello. I just saw your video on Retinols. I am a lifetime contacts wearer and introduced a retinol almost a year now - specifically Tretinoin .025. I use it outside of my eye trough, far side of eyes, and under my eyebrows - specifically at browbone, but far above crease. Does this sound like safe application to you? My eyes are deep-set.

I am a cricketer and want to use non-recognizable contact lenses of (-2.5 power). What kind of (non-recognizable) contact lense do you prefer? Hard/soft/anything else?

unfortunately rigid gas-permeable lens / RGP as I wear were not mentioned but maybe that would be the 'pro' section

I've totally accidentally used the hydrogen peroxide solution straight from the bottle. 😭 Let's just say that's a mistake I've only made once in my 25 years of wearing contacts. 😂
