What would be interesting is to control via a website like Sophos Home has and Emsisoft anti-malware, that is, enter a website and take full control of PCs with Windows Defender installed. Like me from Home being able to manage my 10 machines at work all just by logging into a Microsoft website. I don't see this practicality in Windows Defender while other antiviruses are all migrating to remote management Microsoft for Home users leaves it to be desired.

Why don't they change the name of the new app to 'Microsoft Defender Dashboard' or 'Microsoft Defender Companion'. Just Microsoft thing, building a product and name it similar to an existing product which is hard to understand. 😒
